Two Bedrooms. One has a Double bed with Sealy mattress. Bedroom two has Bunk beds, the lower is a double, the upper a single.
Living Room has two couch's, one is a SpringSteel pull out to a double.
Kitchen features Electric range with oven, 20+ Cu Ft Refrigerator, Microwave, Mr Coffee - Coffee Maker, Pots and Pans, Griddle, lots of cups, plates, silverware.
Bath is small 3/4 bath with shower. The Water Heater is under the sink and is about 12 gallons so no Hollywood showers.
13" Color TV w/ VCR. The dresser in the LR has a few board games. Scrabble, cards,checkers, and monopoly etc.
Wireless Network - I don’t pay wireless service at my cottage but I usually get 2 wireless signals, two unsecured. Maybe from Hide-Away-Camp Grounds.
There are a couple brooms, a vacuum, and few cleaning products.
Small Charcoal Grill, a couple Dune Scooter pole/Flags, a few fishing poles.
Wood stove for heat. Some wood is provided to take the chill off.
Fire pit by the water. The wood on the porch if for the wood burner. State land across channel for fire pit wood if you please.
There are 4 Deck chairs, and 4 eating area chairs we bring out on the deck when needed.
14' Starcraft Aluminum row boat and oars included with optional HONDA 5 HP Outboard. ($75 a week for the outboard ).
Coleman Canoe and paddles included. Floatation seat cushions and a couple kids life jackets.
(Note – to rent a 14' aluminum with little motor at the Silver Lake Boat Rental Place ( wave club) it is $125 a day.)
HOUSE RENTAL AMENITIES
Cottage is on the Silver Lake Channel. You can row to Silver lake, Fire up the (optional $75 a week ) Honda outboard ( or row ) over to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes.
Cottage is 1 mile from Lake Michigan with Public Access. 1.5 Miles from the Little Point Sable Light House. 1 Mile to the Silver Lake State Park Camp Grounds.

Prefer to Rent Weekly. 7 Nights. Check in Fridays 1 PM . Check Out Friday 11 AM. ( Sometimes varies - I can be flexible ).
June is $500 per week
July is $700 per week.
August $600 per week.
May , Sept or October please Email me for off season Rates.
$100 - $125 per night
$50 a night after Labor Day.
50% Down for reservation Fee. 60 day cancelation notice for refund.
Note: No Cleaning Deposit. I have rented for 20 years and people have been
good about leaving it clean.
